Elite SAT scores almost always give students a wide range of options for undergraduate study. Universities compete to attract the highest scoring students, because stronger test scores lead to higher school rankings. The vast majority of postsecondary institutions publish their test score statistics through a template that is called the "Common Data Set." Simply conducting an internet search on this phrase plus the school's name will usually produce the desired report, allowing prospective students to set precise target scores that are competitive for admission. At some postsecondary institutions, SAT scores are used for placement in first-year classes. High test scores may also qualify students for merit scholarships, which in many cases are awarded automatically to any admitted applicant above a specified threshold. Professional test prep services can therefore provide solid return on investment, both academically and financially. Your time and money are well spent on rigorous SAT courses or private tutoring programs.
Manhattan Review SAT students are consistently admitted to their preferred universities, including world-class schools such as Harvard, Princeton, the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia, Stanford, the University of California-Berkeley, the University of Michigan, the University of Virginia, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Yale, Brown, Duke, Emory, Vanderbilt, the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, the University of Texas-Austin, Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, Carnegie Mellon, Washington University in St. Louis, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the University of Minnesota, and many more.
